No flat-rate expenses – Billing is based solely on actual and necessary work.

 

No postage or telephone costs – These are included in the hourly rate and are not charged separately.

 

No charges for standard detective equipment – Included in the hourly rate; only special equipment, such as a disguised surveillance vehicle, is charged additionally if required.

 

No weekend or night surcharges – A fixed hourly rate seven days a week, around the clock.

 

Fixed-price offers are available on request and only when the work effort is clearly predictable. For certain corporate assignments, such as recovering missing property, a fixed-price solution may be appropriate. With contract conclusion and a deposit covering assignment costs, clients with verified creditworthiness can arrange interest-free instalment payments for the remaining balance. Naturally, without additional fees.
